ULMA Construction Moves and Opens Its New Canadian Head Office & Yard in Guelph, Ontario
After years of planning and steady growth across the Canadian market, ULMA Construction Systems Canada Inc. is proud to announce the opening of its new Canadian Head Office & Yard in Guelph, Ontario.
The new purpose-built facility brings together the company's Head Office and Ontario logistics operations under one roof for the first time, representing a major milestone in ULMA's long-term commitment to the Canadian construction industry.

The new facility replaces ULMA's two previous main Ontario locations:
- Former Canadian Head Office: 540 Jamieson Parkway, Unit 6, Cambridge, Ontario
- Former Ontario Logistics & Yard: 7295 Mason Road, Puslinch, Ontario
Both locations are now officially closed, with operations consolidated at the new Guelph facility.
Bringing the teams and operations together under one roof has been part of ULMA's vision for many years. The new facility provides a single operational hub where office, engineering, sales, operations and logistics teams can work more closely together.
The purpose-built site combines modern office space with a dedicated and expanded logistics yard, creating an environment designed around ULMA's operational requirements and the needs of its customers.

The new facility represents a significant investment in ULMA's Canadian operations and provides a stronger foundation for continued growth.
The improved yard and logistics infrastructure will support more efficient material handling, preparation and coordination, while having teams in one location will strengthen communication and collaboration across departments.

Guelph was selected as the location for ULMA's new Canadian hub because of its strategic position in Southern Ontario and its proximity to the company's existing team, customers and local network.
Located approximately 8 km from ULMA's former Ontario logistics centre in Puslinch, the new facility allows the company to remain close to its established workforce and relationships while providing a significantly improved operational environment.
The location also offers convenient access to Highway 401, providing strong connectivity throughout the Greater Golden Horseshoe and Southern Ontario, while supporting ULMA's wider network of operations across Canada.
Guelph is also becoming an increasingly important part of ULMA's local community presence. The company has already participated in local community initiatives and worked with suppliers and organizations in Guelph and the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

The move to the new facility has been completed without interruption to ULMA's regular business operations.
Customers will continue to work with their existing ULMA contacts, engineering teams and customer service representatives. Phone numbers and established communication channels remain unchanged.
