Job Description

Technical management and support of our product supply to construction sites, considering deadlines and costs. Acting as a point person between operations, sales, engineering and our customer‘s labour force to ensure their success on every project.

Duties and responsabilities

  • Project monitoring:
    • Workflow meetings on the site, cycle planning, detailed solutions, definition of delivery dates and volumes, etc.
    • Conduct job “kick off” training with our customer’s labour force to ensure our solutions are executed properly as per designs.
    • Regular site visits with minute taking, especially in terms of appropriate handling the material, security, detection of the further development of the site with respect to material requirements and / or returns.
    • Monitoring compliance with the contractual requirements by comparing the planned activity and the flow of material with the service/product specifications.
    • Ongoing care of the contract checklists.
    • First admissions-counts to the site as needed (with foreman).
    • Support of sales in the final settlements of the construction site, by editing the documents, participate in final negotiations or independent final settlement.
    • Support for Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance:
      • Site pictures as well as project description for each job.
      • Interviews and videos with foreman some relevant jobsites.
      • Commitment meetings with all the departments for each job.
  • Support for Sales:
    • Care of existing customers through regular customer and site visits for networking and relationship management for subcontractors.
    • Observe the market (competitors + building enterprises), information and close coordination with the sales team.
    • Acquisition of new clients, for example, through referrals of former or present customers, visits to neighboring jobsites, contact on several occasions.

Experience, education, skills and abilities

  • College or University degree in construction, technical field.
  • G Class License, in good standing.
  • Valid Passport.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in construction.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
