Job Description

Summary

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Duties and responsabilities

    • General Receptionist / Office admin duties.
    • Executive assistant duties.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales, logistics & finance staff.
    • Handle shipping documentation process.
    • Client invoicing and support of billing dept.
    • Handle day-to-day vendor activities and payables.
    • Support collections team.
    • Assist with month-end closing.

Experience, education, skills and abilities

  • Years of Experience - 1 to 3 years
  • Education – 3 Year Diploma in a related field.

Basic Skills:

  • Have an outgoing, positive and friendly personality.
  • Speaking, reading, writing, and general business communication in English.
  • Speaking/Reading/Writing in Spanish is an asset.

Customer Relations:

  • Be comfortable speaking with customers to resolve issues.
  • Be positive and professional as customers, visitors and colleagues pass through the office.

Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Computer Skills:

  • A moderate to an advanced comprehension of Microsoft Office.
  • A moderate understanding of computers & Microsoft Windows.
  • An ability to learn our internal billing, logistics, and reporting software.
