And there will be a rooftop terrace with a BBQ, pool and hot tub, and a lounge/party room. Stephen J Jacobs Group designed the 398-foot waterfront skyscraper on the Brooklyn side of the East River offering spectacular views of New York City's Manhattan skyline.

ULMA Solution

ULMA provided its most economical shoring solution by providing the contractor with EP steel post shores in combination with H-20 wood beams serving as stringers and contractor-provided 3 x 4 lumber. To support some of the cantilevered floors on this project ULMA's solution was to use its C6 channel anchored to the floor below for support. ULMA provided a large amount of shoring and necessary engineering and logistics support to enable the contractor to keep to its pour floor cycle schedule.
