A 13-storey high-rise residential development located in one of the major areas of London, Ontario. ULMA participated in this project by offering its Horizontal and Vertical Formwork Systems.

Located at 112 St. James Street in London, Ontario, this 13-storey residential development will comprise 122 units, surrounded by beautiful green space and in a quiet neighbourhood providing its residents with a comfortable living style. 

ULMA Solutions

ULMA participated in this project by offering its Horizontal and Vertical Formwork Systems: CC-4, ORMA and KSP Shaft Platform.

CC-4:

    • Assembled to form Level L1, L2 and Ground will be followed later.
    • CC4 shoring provided the flexibility of forming 12% slopes where required.
    • CC-4 also offers high efficiency, superior concrete finishing and high safety while assembling due to its lightness and flexibility.

ORMA:

    • Utilized to construct the Elevator and Stair Cores.
    • ORMA provides excellent finishing due to the phenolic birch plywood, cuts down labour costs and erection time.
    • Offers great versatility in height range.

KSP Shaft Platform:

    • Provided a support platform for the ORMA Elevator Core.
    • Used for elevator and staircase shafts, hollow piers, and other types of cavities where formwork support is required.
