Description

Powered by the National Confederation of Commerce of Brazil, this business complex of 154,465 m2 includes four office towers of more than 17 floors. Each building will include a wide hall with double-height ceilings, auditorium, conference rooms, leisure areas, etc.

Its unique design is combined with sustainability. This is why; it is one of the first buildings of Brazil to be certified LEED, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, issued by the US Green Building Council.

ULMA Solution

The new Head VR SP/EP, a new application of the VR Table system, meant a great success. This lighter head can be used with a very light prop, the SP. The system was used from the third floor on, on flat slabs without interference from drop or perimeter beams. This solution has reduced the cost of labour, since the tables are moved horizontally with the Trolley VR and vertically by crane, without the need for dismantling the assembly.

For best results, different formwork systems have been combined: COMAIN modular formwork for walls and piers, while RAPID was used for solid slabs and large spans. BRIO Ladder eased the access to the different floors.

For reasons of geometry, ULMA has gone for the safety and efficiency of the table system instead of conventional systems.
