The ATR is a self-climbing formwork system that, driven by hydraulic and mechanical mechanisms, enables large sets of formwork to be lifted simultaneously without needing a crane. It is optimised for the construction of high vertical structures where wind is a key factor, the degree of crane employment is high and safety requirements during the entire construction process are significant.

Climbing is performed by means of the subsequent mast elevation and the climbing bracket-formwork-set erection along the wall surface.

It features great adaptability to complex geometries and exposed concrete finishes, but above all it is a system that is remarkable for achieving optimised working times and rhythms during the climbing, concrete pouring and stripping processes, with total safety.

It is an ideal climbing system for skyscraper construction in building industry (high rise building cores such as lift-shafts, stairwells and perimeter façade walls) and large section piers and pylons in bridge construction.

Self-climbing bracket ATR-B

Self-climbing bracket configuration where the formwork panel is stripped with roll-back carriages (70 cm) on the bracket itself. It is also equipped with components for horizontal and vertical plumbing and positioning of the formwork. It features two platforms: main working platform (2.5 m width) and control platform for the operation of the hydraulic system. Moreover, three optional platforms for pouring, items recovery and other tasks can be installed.

Self-climbing narrow bracket ATR-N

It is used in narrow shafts between walls with widths of 1.75 to 2.5 m where the ATR-B bracket cannot be used. The formwork hangs from an upper structure (outrigger) enabling stripping, retraction and positioning works.

Self-climbing platform ATR-P

Platforms used in shafts where for reasons of dimensions, loads or geometry, a platform system performs better than self-climbing brackets.

Structure based on MK System. It can adjust to different geometries and be fitted with different formwork stripping systems (carriages or outrigger structures). Structures for the support of auxiliary elements such as concrete placing booms and small cranes can be assembled to this system.
